They were amazing. As soon as we rolled in to drop off the truck they were ready for us. Less than two hours later they were done! Not only did they do a wonderful job they took the time to show us some features of our new system. Being very detailed oriented and picky, I was worried that it would look like a second hand install. Far from that-I couldn't tell at all, everything fit into place perfectly, no screws left out, no gaps in dash or anywhere-and I looked thoroughly. They also gave us all the parts to the old system and mentioned if we wanted to sell our vehicle that we could reinstall the factory made one and keep our new one for the next vehicle. I really did get a great job and feel very comfortable paying their fee! Will definitely use them again and suggest them to others.

After the installation they took the time to demonstrate the actual operation of the radio and how to access its features, such bluetooth, CD, HD radio, etc. The only item I needed to bring was the USB adapter that I wanted mounted on the dashboard. The unit's USB connections for this radio are on the back. You can pick up a PAC USB flush mount adapter either at Best Buy, Autotoys or Crutchfield. Overall a good experience, would use them again.

My wife and I went to Custom Sounds on Saturday December 15, 2012 and talked to a gentleman named Hassie. He spent about an hour with us and explained various stereo configurations and demonstrated a number of components to give us an idea of what they would sound like. We came back the next morning before the doors opened and met up with Hassie on the front porch area of the store and we explained to him that we wanted to get the Alpine stereo system, speakers, as well as an amp and subwoofer installed. We were thrilled that they were able to begin work on the vehicle and dedicated most of that Sunday to professionally install the system. The job took longer than expected, and in fact the install technician and Hassie ended up working an extra hour and a half after closing time to complete the job. After all the work was done, Hassie went out to my son's vehicle and explained how everything worked and answered any questions my son had. This was a great experience, and I hope to go to Custom Sounds in the future for other car audio installations.

As mentioned, these guys are good! The salesman was by himself and was juggling phones, customers, "tire kickers" and doing a great job. They had my Altima ready to go by 5:30 p.m. just like they said they would.
