CUSTOM SOUNDS

I walked into the store about 3:00 and greeted Robert (if memory serves me correctly ). I asked if they did installs on outside bought stereos. He confirmed they did, and I led him out to my truck. I had already taken off the front of the dash, and already had the wire harness, stereo harness, radio and all the connections. All they had to do was install it. They wanted to charge me $135 to install. Only reason I agreed to pay this overpriced amount was that I had to be at work at 730pm in south Texas, and still had to take my wife to get items for her work. He said they would be done at 6pm, so i agreed to the terms and figured while I was there I ask about a radio install on other truck as well as tint on both my trucks. I took the information, gave them my keys, and left the store. I went shopping at nearby stores for what I needed, approximately two hours passed and we came out of a store, where their store was visible, and my wife noticed our truck parked out front. I went over to the truck thinking they were finished, to see that my radio was in the front seat and they hadn't even began to install the radio. I walked in and there was no one but the employees in the building. I canceled service and walked out obviously a bit outraged. After two days i had the time to install it myself. Took 45-1hr. Worst service I've had in a long time. Glad I didn't waste my money there. Customer beware.
