Excellent. Very thorough.

I only received one hour of service and I paid for one hour and a half.I told the management and all they said was sorry.Sorry does not get my house cleaned or some of my money back!

Service sent 2 ladies for the 1.5 hours or so. They said they would not reach or get cobwebs, or windows, or blinds, or shower scrubs, which meant basically wiping countertops. Despite this, when they said they were done, I went through to find they didn't open any doors or cabinets or closets so nearly nothing had been done, although I saw them working away at a few spots. As expected, when the landlord came by to ***** the cleanliness I failed the inspection and lost deposit. Good service if you want a touch up, but don't use if you want thorough deep cleaning.

Not well. After showing up two hours late. They spent many two hours at the most. Appliances were left dirty. (Stove was done ok).not happy with the whole transaction.

Ladies were very professional and punctual, however they did not mop the kitchen floor or either bathroom floor. That was disappointing. They did not clean baseboards or windowsills either and that is deep cleaning to me. Also, I was not told that there was a time limit. It should have been made more clear that they would clean for two hours and then go and not finish.

Very satisfied but more importantly the communication with company was outstanding with both phone call and email...I would highly recommend everyone

Very well. We pointed out a couple of items that were overlooked at the two-person team took care of them quickly without any questions.

they clean exactly what you ask them to clean nothing more so make a list ahead of time so you don't forget to put an item on the clean list

Great. The ladies worked hard and steady. They also dusted my Living room, cleaned my kitchen and my oven. More than I expected.

Kim was very professional and prompt in her responses and was very flexible for scheduling. I have a mixed review, because for a basic clean, the job was good. However it was NOT a deep clean and I subsequently hired another service to come in 2 weeks later and they did an actual deep clean.The young ladies who cleaned were very nice but as I said, they did a basic clean and several of the promised items were not completed. The ceiling fans were not cleaned, The blinds were quickly dusted but in no way were they cleaned (the 2nd company actually cleaned the blinds),the interior of the oven was not done (the 2nd company cleaned the racks and glass window and they look brand new now), the refrigerator was not cleaned because it had to be empty )not stated in the original ad and I missed an email from them stating this), the door frames were not touched, lamps up the hall not touched, furniture polished but polished over anything that was on them instead of trying to clean then polish. I did not have them make the bed or change linens, they did not clean the cabinets in the kitchen either. The light switch plates were not cleaned. All of this was promised in the deep clean offer. They stayed half the time as the 2nd company did and did far less work. That said, they were very nice and for a basic quick clean such as you would get at most places, they were good. It simply was a basic clean and not a deep clean. For that reason, I could not give them a high grade. I would however like to add that if i need a basic clean, I would consider this company. I also believe that if I had contacted Kim and told her I was unhappy, she likely would have sent someone out to complete the job. Unfortunately, I work and want to be present when the cleaning is being done, so I didn't have the luxury of time and simply opted for another company which was highly recommended and they in fact did the job correctly. I will also say 149 was a fantastic price for a deep clean-if in fact it had been a deep clean which was performed.

It went well. I wish they did weekends, as I need to be home for this kind of thing , which can be hard, but they were early and did clean straight for 90 min as promised.

OK, There was 2 ladies that worked hard. They did what I asked them to. I should have done a better job writing a list of what I needed cleaned. My front door needs cleaned. I don't know if they cleaned the baseboards and window sills. Guest bathroom looked much better. When you hire them make a list of everything you want them to clean. I gave them leather cleaner so they cleaned the leather recliners. They used the wood polish on the end tables. I don't know if they used the cabinet cleaner on all the cabinets or if they cleaned all the hardwood floors.

Work as great. My fridge and floors thanked me!

I was not very satisfied with the work that was done. The offer was for a deep cleaning in my home. The mirrors were not cleaned, did not clean part of my floor, they didn't dust, didn't clean the toilet and didn't clean the baseboards. They wouldn't even move a laundry basket to sweep under it, and would only clean the refrigerator if my husband removed everything and put it back after they wiped it out. They also wouldn't clean the french doors because they did not clean windows. I honestly just don't know what the $225.00 was for. These two women were only there for two hours and I didn't really see much of a difference except for my walk in shower- which is important- but that is the only thing they did well.
