On time with maids also came with all of there own cleaning products.

Bought two sessions of service with Groupon. Verified , in email, that I was in the service area with office manager Ms Martinez before I purchased. First session, 2 employees arrived over an hour early and provided 90 minutes of cleaning. I did not fully inspect the work before they left-it was moderately OK with some pretty major oversights. I provided photos to Ms Martinez within an hour but no response. Scheduled second session with confirmation of time from Ms Martinez.. 50 minutes prior to schedule appointment-received email from Ms Martinez that the owner (no name provided) "noticed" that I was outside of the service area and they would not provide the scheduled service. She stated that I needed to contact Groupon for a refund. I responded back to her-with her email validating my address as inside their service area. My poor evaluation of professionalism is with the office manager. The women that came to the house were nice and I believe would have fixed the deficits had I fully inspected their work and brought it to their attention.  (I was on an hour business call when they left and couldn't break away)

I was unhappy with their service.  I would never use their service again, and I would never recommend them.

Oh, and they showed up early...I left them in the house alone (had to get back to work) and they hustled in my absence. Better than expected and I would recommend them to my friends.

They are exceptional, professional, and very fast. They do exceptionally good job. I would use them in the future.

II selected to use this company in a hunt for house cleaning service.  Fortunately a Groupon popped up and I my thoughts  were, "Perfect".  Purchased the Groupon, scheduled the service, only to be to called a few weeks later and advised that the Groupon had black out days (not mentioned in the Groupon ad). I was advised that I could use the service even after the the expiration date of the offer since they faulted and I had to reschedule.  Cool...I called to reschedule and the owner quickly probounced the Groupon as expired.  I explained to him that his staff said the Groupon could be used because the above mentioned.  He then quickly pointed out that he was the "owner" and it could not be used and he would have her call me the next day.  She didn't respond.  I called again the next day and finally got her.  I reminded her of the situation which she recalled  but says she could not honor it WRONG.  She would have to talk to the owner and he would call me back (or she would) .  One week later...still no response.  In a way I am glad this happened because it lets me know the nature of their customer service prior to me involving myself in a long term relationship.  I hope you have better luck than I did. My advice would be to stay away...

Overall we are pleased with the experience. They were able to come out on relatively short notice. I used a Groupon coupon to receive more than 50% off the cost of the normal surfaces. We are expecting a baby soon so they were a huge help cleaning the things I just can't reach anymore.

Summary: dirty & dusty & greasy areas were left across the house, a 2" hole and other damage to carpet, polish spilt on new mattress, etc. I documented the following initial problems. Damp oily spill on upstairs carpet caused a 2" hole where threads simply lifted out of bottom matting. Long wall of pictures not dusted. Trail of tiny black burns in carpet from master bedroom into master bathroom, indicating the vacuum was run too low and hard. My two earring holders were dropped on the carpet, so the contents were simply jumbled/piled on top of the furniture in front and around the holders - I'm still missing 2 odd earrings. Perfume bottles stuck to the bureau top so I had to quickly use water/white vinegar mix to remove them before they took the finish off. Black line of hardened sticky polish left on edge of bedroom window ledge - rest of window ledges and blinds had light sticky yellow residue from same polish. Yellow polish spilled directly on unprotected tempurpedic mattress. (I was washing the sheets and pad that morning.) Rest of master bath had tiny dust bunnies all over light switches and plugs, light fixtures, picture frames, towel holders, window ledges, top of door frames, base boards. Toilet/floor seam dark and dirty. Toilet and master bedroom wastebaskets not refilled with plastic bags. Large open bookcase with TV, vintage stuffed animals, and books not dusted at all. The stairway niche wasn't dusted. The kitchen counter next to the sink had an electric kettle sitting in standing water. Two glasses were left dripping dry, standing in water on a wooden cutting board. The kleenex box in the kitchen was stuck to a still-damp counter. The front bottom of all the toilets were still dirty, and the floor at the front-bottom of the pedestal sink in the half-bath was still dirty. Most ridiculously obvious - I had to ask the ladies to replace the cover of the front door-stopper before they left. I phoned the business owner that same day to speak about the difficulties I had, because no business needs these problems. One of the ladies in particular was sullen and obviously did not want to be there. At no time has the business attempted to contact me. I was in poor health and trying to simplify everything I had to accomplish prior to my hospitalization - this complicated everything and meant that I had to re-clean as well as repair my home. After having no response from the company, I reported this to the Better Business Bureau. After 2 months of discussion through the Bureau and one long-delayed response from the company (full of self-embarrassing disinformation), I decided not to spend my own money on formal mediation through the Bureau and the Complaint was closed. I just want to be sure no one else gets hurt by this service. I continue to find problems with the work they did / did not do. The local Groupon website has some other people who have had big problems with this company.
