As usual Neil was prompt to discuss and provide estimate and present during job.

Neil and his crews have done work at our home before: Painted interior bathrooms replacing flooring in one and painted one bedroom. 2012

Inside - removed sink/cabinetry and small pantry in utility room to expand into garage by 3', removed floor tile, installed can lights, upper and lower shelving, and painted. 2013

Outside - painted exterior of house and storage shed which includes replacing worn/rotted wood. 2013

Mr. Cummings and his crew were working on a house down the street. I had just bought an older home with a nasty, bug infested shed in the back yard. The house was empty for about a year so the bushes were about to take over the yard. I asked him if his crew could take out the shed. He went home with me that day and after looking around said that would be no problem and did I want the hedges trimmed too. I said yes. They were amazing. They took it all down and cut those bushes back, cleaned up everything and were very nice. I am still very pleased with him and the crews who work for him. The price that he did it all for was very resonable. I plan on using him again, and again...in fact he will be the one company that I contact if anything is too big for me to handle. Thanks Angie's list for asking about him. I totally recommend him to anyone because if he can not do a job right, he will tell you. He is not a cheat.

The work went smoothly, quickly and I was soon able to use the bathroom again.

Took about three days total well done. removed old siding replaced any rotten boards laid new tar paper and flashing put in place new siding and painted.

I like their reliability. They came, did the work, and left. They are professional and it is a pleasure to do business with them. I have used them about five or six times so far.

They were on time, professional and cleaned up after themselves. They did an excellent job. We were very happy. I would hire them again.

They were great, did the work and left my bathroom spotlessly clean. Then they told me if I have any problems with the work, call and they will return to remedy the problem.
