Floor was defective but the company made it good.

We went through Costco's floor program with Shaw Floors once I was able to determine that CRT Flooring would be the provider (we'd used them before in a previous house). The entire experience was great from start to finish. I had originally been concerned that the Costco program would not offer the entire Shaw product line to their customers (since the rebate was so high) however found I was wrong and that I could choose any flooring I liked. Ewell was the salesman that assisted me and he did a great job of identifying flooring options for me. Once we settled on everything it was all completed within 6 weeks. The installers were great - they cleaned up after themselves and worked efficiently to get the job done in 4 days (one of the rooms we were replacing poorly laid wood floors with wood and this can be quite tedious). To my surprise, we also received our Costco rebate within 3 weeks of the work being completed which I see as an added bonus. Would highly recommend CRT Flooring.

I worked with Annie Avila. I had two days to put together all the interior choices for a new construction for my son and family. Annie helped me day and after hours to put together the tiles, paint, granite, and flooring. She designed all the bathrooms, which are stunningly beautiful. She worked with me when I left to go back to my home answering endless emails and texts. Would I recommend CRT, absolutely. Thank you Annie for an outstanding experience.

When the installation person came they did not have the 2 transition strips for the tile to existing sheet vinyl. The installation was one month ago this week and we are still waiting for an answer and the strips. No call backs despite our numerous contacts. Finally was told the sales person had left the company and that I should send pictures and description of the strips to the manager- Danielle- which I have done- no response.

repeatedly did not show up as promised, used sub-contractor that bad mouthed them. Did very bad work, some of which is going to have to be torn out and replaced. This company has been a nightmare for us. We may have to file suit to get it fixed. 33

The installers were absolutely outstanding. They were very precise and careful in their work. However, I am very disappointed with the company. Getting the job finished took me several telephone calls over two weeks. First the installer was called to another job (before he finished mine.) Then, two necessary "transition" pieces did not come in - they were back ordered. Again, I had to make an issue of this because I kept tripping on uneven edges in the bathroom an laundry room. Over two weeks I spoke to at least five staff members who assured me the pieces would be in any moment. They finally put down temporary pieces of the wrong color, and then a week later, permanent pieces. Although the pieces are the right color, that are not the right size, but I'm simply tired of dealing with the company and will accept them.

Salesperson quit after she ordered my materials, no one told me, I waited 2 weeks before I called them to see when they were going to schedule the installation, and then I was told salesperson was no longer there. They had measured the job incorrectly, were short on materials, installation was further delayed. Then they said they scheduled my install and the day comes and no one shows up, I called them to see where they were and was told I was not on the schedule and the person argued with me when I told her I was disappointed because first the salesperson quit and no one called me. Now that the install is done, I can see problems such as some tiles are not level with one another, the grout is supposed to be gray but it turned out white with some small splotches of gray, there are holes everywhere in the grout, there are chips on the corners of 3 tiles. They left a mess, left the doors off the hinges, left a toilet in the bathtub (after I had asked them to place the toilets outside because I had new ones to install). I have called them twice to ask them to fix the problems with the installation, the first time they didn't answer and didn't return my call. The second time she answered and said she would call me right back after talking to the installer, she never called me back. Thankfully I have legal insurance because I may need to get with my attorney to help me get this resolved.

These people did a terrific job from start to finish. They were on time, did a clean job and respected the rest of our home and cleaned up perfectly. Right after they started they found out the had some bad glue (it turned out to be 3 pallets of bad glue) and they lost several hours of work time.However, when they solved the issue and got back to work they completed the project and didn't cut any corners.

We've been so burned by poor service from others so we were dreading this project but as it turns out we were most pleasantly surprised. This is the way it's supposed to be done. We will be using them for any and all our flooring in the future.

CRT Flooring Concepts teams up with Costco so I got the referral from my local Costco store and was called by them to set up a time to come in on the next business day after I contacted them. They showed me several types of carpet and set up a time to measure my home to give me a quote the next day. I took a few days to shop around because I was about to install 1500 sq feet of carpet which is a big investment and I wanted to make the right choice. Even with the Costco deal, CRT wasn't necessarily the cheapest BUT I needed the carpet in a rush and they came through. I ordered the carpet on Friday morning and it was fully installed by the next Friday afternoon.
The installers came on time. They were professional and didn't leave a mess behind. I love my new carpet. It looks beautiful and feels wonderful. They use name brands so I know I got good quality. I've only had the carpet for a few days so I can't speak to the longevity of the installation quality but I'm hoping it won't need to be restretched or anything later.
Regarding the Costco deal, I am an executive member. I will get $100 per $1000 spent on carpet in the form of a Costco gift card. I will also get 2% back at the end of the year for my executive member rewards (also Costco gift card) plus 1% back on my Costco credit card (cash). So that all added up to a nice discount on the carpet and installation.

UPDATE: shortly after I wrote the very positive review, we noted that the bedroom door had been damaged by the carpet installers and they tried to cover it up by painting the door (in a color that didn't even match). I emailed the provider who had previously been very responsive by email. No response. I went in person to the showroom where the employee couldn't find record of my purchase and after some searching told me to email another representative. I emailed that representative and have not heard back. The carpet is still great but they need to find new more professional installers who do not damage the customers home (I assume they didn't take the doors off while installing carpet as they are supposed to) and try to cover it up and furthermore, their customer service is significantly lacking. I need more flooring work done but will look elsewhere now.

The installation process was horrible. The crew, who was the "best crew we have", showed up late and left early. They made a mess in my house and yard. They ate lunch in the driveway and left their food trash there. They left a trail of debris from the removal of the old floor strewn across the yard and right off the porch. I moved all the furniture for them to side area and they swept debris onto my personal belongings. The showed up without any way to haul the trash out and used my brooms, trash cans, and dust pans  without even asking. They are now ruined.  They never showed up when they said the would if they could even tell me when they would show up. Today I have been waiting for 4 hours for the crew leader to show up so that a straight line can be made and flooring started. The work will take an hour. He said they would be done by noon. Interesting since he showed up after 4. I would not recommend this company. My complaints are not addressed since the sales person seems to be afraid to hold his "best crew" accountable.

We had estimates from 2 other companies and we thought their price and quality was best.When we moved in, the carpet was original to the house (12 years old). We decided to go with real hard wood flooring downstairs and we are very happy with it. 

It took them a little less than 2 days to lay the hardwood. 4 men came to lay the carpets and they had it finished in one day. It was good quality work and we have absolutely no complaints.

The job was done sloppy and they had to come back out a few times. I had another company come out and look at the job, and they said the installation was done incorrectly. We found some problems with the carpet, but nothing that warranted having the company come back out and tear it up and redo the job.

The work went very well. The salesperson was very efficient. They did everything they said they would do. The installers arrived on time, completed the task, and did a good job.

CRT Flooring Concepts did a good job on our tile. I was very happy with the quality of work that they did. They made the tile look perfect as all the tiles were even & neat. I am not real sure of the price however I do feel that they were very reasonable.
