"I'm so sorry you feel like you're taken advantage of. When speaking to a customer on the phone, we never give a quote. Alot of customers confuse an estimate with a quote. Your issue was bad switches and a broken wire. The switch went bad do to the broken wire arcing which 0creates heat, which intern melts the switch. This is why the switches were replaced. I disclosed our price per hour. We charged you for the hour and replaced the switches for free due to not having the right color of switches. We would not have put them on if we did not have your permission. We did not charge you $200. it was a lot less. Our prices are economical in this region. If you call us back we can swap the switches for the right color at no charge. We'll make it right."
