It went well. I called several other roofers and they all told me that they could not get to me for 3-4 weeks. Jim was able to get to it in under a week and for a fair price.

I have been impressed with their in person follow ups. The crew replacing the roof was about four people and it took them a week to complete. Scheduling with them is always very easy.
