Crime Clean Of Texas

We were notified that my brother had passed away in his house in early September 2015.  He had passed away in his bathroom, had been there for a few days, and there was quite a bit of cleanup to do.  There was no way to get into the house with the condition it was in after he was found, for health and safety reasons.  Never having dealt with a hazardous material situation before, I did what research I could, and based on some recommendations, I contacted Crime Clean of Texas to do the job.
Hiring Crime Clean of Texas to do this job is one of the better choices I've made thus far in handling my brother's affairs and estate.  They did more than help out. They made this burden much easier to bear.
Crime Clean did two rounds of cleanup.  One was done on 10 September, shortly after my brother was discovered, and the other was done on 15 October.
They cleaned up everything related to my brother's passing in his bathrooms and in the kitchen areas. They handled my brother's belongings kindly and professionally, inventoried things, keeping those in a safe place while they worked.  Worked they did, as they were constantly moving and cleaning.  They disposed of a lot of old food and trash, and professionally sanitized all the affected areas.  They didn't just spray some bleach in the affected areas and call it "sanitized", either.  They used professional cleaning supplies and techniques, hazardous material suits, respirators, and all.
When they were done, the bathrooms and kitchen areas were spotless.  The areas looked as if nothing had happened in them.
During the cleanup, I discovered gallons of old cleaning supplies and paint in the shed and yard while Crime Clean did their thing in the house.  They took that old paint and cleaning supplies and disposed of it, no questions asked, even though I didn't make that part of the cleaning agreement.  I really appreciated that.
They showed up on time, every time.  They answered all my phone calls, emails, and text messages promptly.
They were also some of the nicest people.  Sometimes you meet good people at the darkest of times.

In what was a very difficult situation for the family, Crime Clean professionals, Debbie and Charlie, cleaned a private residence in which a tragic death had occurred meticulously and completely. They educated us on the process and why they were doing the different steps they were taking. They left no stone unturned in detailing any follow up we may need to provide to make this home free of all biohazard dangers. The end result was a spotless, odor free home.

In this very difficult situation we were thankful to have found Crime Clean of Texas to provide their services. They were compassionate toward us and respected our privacy with this death. They did not take advantage of a tragic situation which many of these crime clean up providers do. They did an A+ job at a fair price that will now allow us to move on. We asked 3 companies to submit quotes. Crime Clean although higher than the other bids were the best for this job. They knew exactly how to address the situation and made sure all regulations dealing with biohazard materials were handled correctly. They are very experienced, I feel they did a great job and they were very easy to work with especially during this difficult time.

They came out as soon as they could and were very respectful and professional. They looked over the scene and gave a solid price that would not change once they started. They came out and started the cleaning when they said they would and showed absolute respect and professionalism. Everything was inspected and removed from the scene. If it could be cleaned, it was. They did not throw everything out. They came back a second day and a third to make sure that everything was spotless. They cleaned and patched walls and a low ceiling.
