My Grandson & his Girlfriend we so Happy with the Corsage & Boutonniere, I gave the colors I needed. They were Awesome! Price was great also! I have been ordering from Helena since before 2009 when I retired from AT&T. I make the drive from wherever I maybe now, I have yet to be disappointed! I order from Helena due to the fact the arrangements no matter for what the occasion may be are spectacular, original & Different from the books or online pictures which they can do also. I just can't wait to see what the arrangement will look like! My recipients are always Thrilled with the designs.

WOW! I was impressed from the moment I called and this fantastic man answered the phone. He was very helpful and recommended something called the "circus" rose. He said that anyone can send red roses on Valentine's Day and that I should try something nicer. Great suggestion! Two days before they were set to deliver, I called to make sure I had actually placed the order and they were very helpful and said the roses would go out the morning of the 12th and sure enough they did! And the arrangement looked fantastic! My boyfriend and his co-workers were really impressed with the quality of the roses. I'm very happy I chose this company.

Everybody commented on how pretty the bouquet arrangement was. The arrangement stood out. There wasn't anything that we didn't like.

very friendly but so expensive for what we got. we were embarrassed by the smallness of the flowers for our aunt's funeral.

We used them sight unseen, as we live in the Dallas area and we were having a bouquet delivered to a San Antonio address. The gentleman who took my order (Ron) was delightful and very helpful. He said that they could do a beautiful arrangement for $40.00. The bouquet must have been stunning, as our aunt could not quit talking about it. I believe the arrangement was delivered by Janice, who was so careful to give care instructions and called before she arrived to make sure that someone would be there to receive them. Overall, the experience was superior on all counts. We will use them again and will recommend them to anyone who needs a San Antonio florist.

Fantastic!!! I never physically stepped into the store, i did everything over the phone and its the first time i have used them. I called and talked to Helene to have 2 dozen roses deliveried to my wife's office for our anniversary. I informed her of what I wanted and she asked me what color, I told her to pick. I'm always concerned about flowers that I get deliveried because you never know the quality until you get the call from whoever you sent them too. Well let me just say that my wife told me they where the best flowers she has ever received; I wish I could attach a picture because they were. Simple, elegant, huge and blooming perfectly. Her co-workers were asking where I got them from. They got there on time also. Thank you Helene...

I am not going to type everything again. I was more than pleased with the service provided by Helene. Angie's List website that makes me type details above and then won't accept and let me post without typing again for overall...not so much. I can't even copy/paste so I can put the above in this box. I talked to her on the phone and described my granddaughter to her. My granddaughter said that the arrangement was really nice.

Before they delivered my flowers, I was called to arrange for a convenient delivery time. The man who delivered the flowers tried to explain their care to my husband, who was confused, so the gentleman came in and told me how to care for the flowers, and he made certain I knew what each flower in the arrangement was. He also told me that "Your sister is thinking of you." Having just received bad medical news, this meant so very much to me. It made what is generally a "drop it off or leave it at the front door" service, so very personal. I think the man who delivered my flowers was a co-owner. The arrangement is beautiful and I can recommend this florist as a very happy recipient...and, isn't that what we all want when we choose a florist.

I have been satisfied with them. I did think that the prices were a little above average, but they were willing to work with me on that. There were no problems with the delivery. I think they are very professional and do beautiful, high quality work. The flowers were fresh, fragrant and well arranged.
