A 50% down payment was required to start the job. He came one day and never showed up again. Called many times. Had to take him to small claims court to get a judgement against him in Bexar County Precinct 4. Don't waste your time or risk your money on Thomas O'Brien DBA Covenant Works Construction.

This company took my money and did not repair my roof. Once again Thomas O'Brien took money for a job and ran. This company likes to take the money for work and not do the work. I believe he did this to another Angie's list member. I believe Angies list should help it's members prosecute this company so a message will be sent to all members that they do not stand alone. I also would like to get in touch with the other individual who had $6,000. taken from them by Mr. Thomas O'brien. I will not rest until I get my money back.

Hired Covenant Works to work an insurance claim with one of my properties in May of 2016, paid them over $6000 of the $11,000 on the contract and they never finished the work and I have been searching for Thomas O'Brien ever since! I have hail damaged siding and damage they did to the siding when they replace the broken windows that is still in need of repair!
