Excellent. To my surprise Costco credited the full amount to my credit card. Costco definitely stands behind their products giving new meaning to the phrase and quot;satisfaction guaranteedand quot;.

The prices and quality are always fantastic. The professionalism of the staff is top notch. If I need somethng I always check with Costco first before I look anywhere else.

I bought two pairs of glasses with progressive lenses for less than the price of one pair of regular glasses where I normally go. The service is great. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. A great choice of you need new glasses!

I have been a Costco member for many years, since before the store was even called Costco. It was Price Club back then. I have shopped many Costco stores across the USA and Canada, and would highly recommend it for most of your shopping needs. Their warranty service is unbeatable, and if you buy electronics there, you receive FREE concierge services including FREE technical support. Their meat department is of the highest quality, as are all of their grocery products.
Yes, it is a membership store, but you get back a check every Feb based on a percentage of what you have spent during the past year. And this includes discounts on gas for your car, Tires, Pharmacy (the lowest prices anywhere). Man, I could go on and on, but I think you get my message. You just can't go wrong with Costco. And I haven't even touched on SPECIAL services such as discounts (no-haggle) pricing on cars and trucks, insurance, travel, etc. etc. And remember, Costco is an International company based in the state of Washington, USA.
And apply for a Costco American Express Card so you get double rebates. Go for it!!

They are a large warehouse service. They provide good quality merchandise with a reasonable price. Their prices are very competitive.

The cheapness of Costco optometry services (hundreds less than at a mall optometrist for frames and graduated lenses) is worth the price of membership alone. Quality of lenses not as crisply sharp as the top-of-the-line stuff at the chains, more like the middle-of-the-road options--works great for me. I was lucky and found frames at Costco that I liked better than any of the mall offerings, too, though their selection is not as wide. Service at the counter is slow, because they are understaffed--just plan ahead. A bargain.

The service was great, and got the job done on time. They did not process some things, which was a little concerning.

We got there for our appointment, we waited a few minutes, and she did my son exam, he was very happy with it. Then we went to order a pair of glasses, we waited 7 days and got the glasses, my son tried them and was very happy.

We asked for some particular type of tires and they said that they didn’t have those, but they had some other tires. So I told them that I was fine with that. I then received a little pamphlet the next month and I called them to tell them that we had just purchased four tires. They had a package which said that we would get $70 off for purchasing 4 tires. There was a man over there who told us that he would give us a credit. I appreciated that and so my son went out there. Then the man took a look at it and told us that it was only for 31 days and so it was over. We said that we didn’t want the money back, but we wanted credit. My son went out there and spent $180 that day, but they refused him the $70 credit. They had a special offer, but there was no stock. They had the stock on the other one, but we didn’t get $70 off. They didn’t treat my son like a customer, but treated him like he was some window washer bothering them. My son loves them. We also had to tow the car out there because we had a flat tire. So we had to pay for that too. We felt that another company was cheaper. They didn’t act like professional people. The booklet they sent out states that there is $70 off for any 4 Michelin tires and it is good from February the 3rd to February the 27th. When my son went out there and asked for the man I told him about, they said that they didn’t have anybody by that name working over there. That man was very nice and polite. They all are very abusive to elderly customers. I wouldn’t use their services again for buying tires.

Their customer service is good. They are reliable. Their prices are better than any others that I have found.

Going to Costco is a nice experience - they are cleaner, brighter and better. The store is minimalist and is not fancy-shmancy. I go there because I want to know the condition of my eyes, check if they have deteriorated from the last year, and be in and out real quick. I go to two different Costco stores, and at both places, the doctors are really top notch and very nice; they do the reception work too. They don’t try to up-sell, and their price is half the price as that of a regular eye doctor.

I use them because they are cheaper than anyone else. They are very professional and they provide good customer service.

We always have good experiences at Costco. The selection of items is very good and they always have something new and interesting. We shop there every few weeks to buy staples in bulk and we always look at their clothing selection because the prices are remarkably low for such high quality clothing. Recently we bought shirts and pants that seemed to be much lower in cost than at other stores.

The Costco film developing service is great. I did everything online - uploaded photos, cropped them, and ordered various size prints. I submitted the order and by the next day, the photos were ready. When I picked them up, the associate was very helpful and friendly. The icing on the cake was the price. I have yet to find a cheaper was to order prints online and be able to pick them up the next day.

The thing that I like most about this pharmacy is that you don't have to be a member to get your prescriptions filled. Their prices are discounted and are reasonable.

They fill the prescriptions on time and if you have a question, they are always very knowledgeable and answer any questions you have about the particular medicine. I will continue to use them in the future.
