I had had a cataract operation and needed to have a single lens ground and placed in an existing pair of glasses. (The Rx in the other lens hadn't changed because that ene hadn't been operated on.) I was told that company policy did not them to: 1. make only a single lens, and 2. put lenses in any frame that they didn't sell. In other words, you have to buy two lenses and they must be placed into frames that you have purchased from Costco.
I provided an earlier review for Costco that was about the store in the overall. I was unaware that I was reviewing their optometry depaartment.

Their prices aren't great; you can get same prices at the grocery store for food and online for everything else. Executive membership is bogus. You pay them an extra $55.00 (total $110) to earn cash back. We were told our rewards would be equal to or greater than our membership renewal fee. They weren't, and it turned out they only meant the rewards would be equal to the BASIC membership fee. If you ask them to bring your rewards up to equal your renewal fee, they will downgrade your membership to the basic version and you will no longer earn rewards. Unless you pay them another $55.00.
Don't fall for the no-fee American Express card. We got the card for the travel benefits, but American Express later told us that the no-fee Costco membership doesn't include any travel benefits. We could cash a check at their offices abroad in in major cities, but when we tried to look for one in a major city in South America, it didn't exist and no one knew what we were talking about. And no one took American Express, but everyone took Visa.
The card also earns cash rewards, but AMEX only pays out once a year in February. If you cancel the card, you forfeit any earned rewards. We wanted to cancel our card in November and gave up the entire year's rewards, more than $63.00. No one at Costco told us this when we signed up for the card. And when I went to complain to them, there was nothing they would do.
Except refund my membership fee if I was dissatisfied. Which I was. And they did.

I made an appointment for a hearing test and I ended up purchasing a hearing aid through them. They were excellent to work with. When my hearing aid came in the sat down with me for over an hour going over all of the technical items that I needed to know. They schedule a followup visit to make sure that you are happy with the services. I was absolutely use them again.

Everyone should get their tires from Costco. Costco warranties their tires and they have really low prices.

It was awesome. They provide an excellent service. I just gave them a box full of large reel videos and they transferred them to DVD and put music to it. They did an awesome job.

I love them. They are very easy to work with. They make my pharmaceutical needs a no brainer business. I can call in my refills and it will always be done when they tell me that it will. I like that they always tell me when I can pick it up. The phone service is very convenient. Everything is automated so I only have to enter a couple of numbers and I am done. They have competitive prices for their generic prescriptions.
