I was given an initial estimate for the first service and then a bi-weekly amount. I decided to go ahead and hire them based on the fact they have been in my neighborhood for the past 11 years that I had been living in in the neighborhood. There is at least 10 neighbors on my street that use their services, so I figured if they are happy with them they should be pretty good. Well I was wrong. They did come out and do the initial service took my money and could not get them to come back out and do the bi-weekly even after calling once and promised they were still out and if they didn't get there that day they would be out the next day. Well nexted day came and again no show. Texted and stated to the owner that if they didn't want the business it would have been nice that they were up front about it and that I wouldn't have hired them. He called me right after receiving the text and assured me they would be out the following day. Needless to say it is a month later and I have never heard from them nor have they showed up again to do my bi-weekly service.

They've been real good. They are pretty cheap. They're pretty considerate and punctual. If I call them and don't want them to come out, I just call them and they don't and they just come the next week. They do a good job. I will continue to use them.

Leonel and his crew showed up on time. He estimated 6 hours worth of work but it ended up taking 7 hours to complete. There was a TON of work to be done. He and his crew showed up, set up and immediately got to work. We had done a walk through a few days earlier and we did it again the day they arrived just to insure we both knew what was being done and needed to be done. I was very pleased with the end results and I will definitely call upon he and his team again if/when needed.

We have used Cortez Bros the last few years as well as my next door neighbor (she has used them longer than us). Currently we are not on a regular schedule with them (for some reason my husband still enjoys mowing himself) but whenever they are next door they are graciously accommodate us. They speak English and are professional.

Leonel Cortez, the owner, does speak English, but the rest of the his crews speak very little to none. Not a problem for us as we speak Spanish. The telephone listed is Leonel's cellphone.

We have used Leonel for over eight years and are very happy with the service we have them do (just mow and clean up trimmings and leaves for our half acre.

Cortez Brothers have been providing yard service for over a year. They do a great job.

Job performed quickly, efficiently, all trimmings removed, and yard looks well groomed and very clean.

I called the Cortez brothers to schedule services (e.g., rake, mow lawn, weed) and they agreed to perform the services the next day; however, they did not show up. I tried to call and text them to inquire about when they would be coming but they didn't respond. They have mowed our lawn a few times in the past and were unreliable in regards to coming when they said they were going to. Additionally, communicating with them is difficult due to the language barrier. We will never use them again for lawn maintenance even if they are inexpensive. It's not worth the hassle. If you want reliable and professional service I would NOT recommend them.

They were unreliable. When they showed up, they did a fine job, but after three times of not showing up when they said they would, I hired a different business.

Always efficient and so darn fast!

They are fine. They are always on time, and they do a good job. They come every other week during the summer, and we call them over the winter. A lot of them don't speak English, the owner and his brother speak it, but they are very reliable. Their price is much cheaper than everybody else that I have talked to.

I was really impressed with their professionalism and good work. in putting up the Chirstmas lights, they taped all of the connections and did a really good job. I think they are very good.

I left 6 messages and had no return calls.

Done professionally, but did not return as agreed. I called and he agreed to come-no show. Never will I call again.
