I called and was able to bring my vehicle in right away. They got me in and out within an hour. I needed freon and there appears to me a small leak. The freon install has a dye and I will be able to bring back in 2 weeks to detect where leak is. Highly recommend Chad and his team.

They do fast service and go above and beyond to make sure things are fixed, techs are great and they make sure they use paper mats on floor of car.

First time I took car in, they were busy; suggested I return another day because they were backlogged due to an employees absence. I returned a week later when they just opened. They inspected car right away; said screws from splash shield fell out, hence it was dragging. The ordered screw parts. They called a week later to inform parts in; took car at opening; they serviced car right away. I used Angie's List 10% coupon.

It went well. You have to pay to have your car inspected before it is registered. They were one of the cheaper ones.

Great.  Quickly diagnosed the problem, provided an accurate estimate for the repairs, and a time/day when the repairs could be done.  I normally like using a Ford dealer for all of my maintenance and repairs, but this would have been cost prohibitive.

Despite the fact that the guys were busy with real automotive problems and repairs, the owner was willing to perform the inspection,not taking time away from other customers' jobs.  I know I could have taken my vehicle many other places to have this done, I appreciated having someone that I know looking at it, and the convenience of the location.  We have had other major repairs performed on our vehicle here, and have always been satisfied.

They are always polite, courteous and professional.  I wonder is there is any service they can't perform.  The cost is always less than I expect and they have even fixed minor things free of charge.  They are a great need in the North side community and 10x better than the dealership.

Fantastic. I am confident in the abilities and ethics of the staff at Cornerstone Automotive. McCann and Michael are responsive and frank and run a great business. I have a vehicle that needed top to bottom maintenance and there is no other automotive business I trust to ensure professional, fairly priced work. I also have routine maintenance for my Prius and Sequoia performed there and have never been less than completely satisfied.
