They are wonderful. Sometimes they take a long tome to fix stuff but when it comes out it's fixed and it works and the price is very reasonable and they are very personable.

My 10 year old home was in need of some maintenance on the non-brick concrete sliding.  I needed some trim replacement, lots of caulking and I really wanted to upgrade the builders grade paint.

Mr. Lewiston was really patient and professional through the entire process.  I wanted an estimate and then I had to wait a good six months to plan for the expense.  Mr. Lewiston was never pushy or impatient with me.  He emailed me once after the quote to verify I had received the information and when I explained I would need some time, he just said no problem, I'll keep this quote active, you let me know when you are ready.

Once his guys were onsite - everything went beautifully.  The job took about 5 days and each day when they left - it was like they were never there - because they kept everything SO CLEAN.

I'm really picky about garbage in the yard and there just wasn't anything left.  Even the days they were power washing - it was just kept clean and neat.

I'm really happy with the results.  High quality paint, friendly service,  You can't go wrong with these guys.

Don't believe them

I had all the work done. Three months later, I pulled into a Jiffy lube for an oil change. They had me look at my oil seals because they were broken but were supposedly fixed by Cordova. They were never call to keep me updated on the status of my repair. The mechanic that was working on it would never show up to work. I would call them at noon and they would say he was not in the office yet. They kept telling me parts were backordered but they were from a store three blocks down the road and when I walked in there, they had them in the store. I asked to be refunded for the money I spent on the seal as they didn't fix it and they told me they would not refund my money. It still isn't fixed. My car will just die driving down the road.  I wouldn't take my grandsons bicycle to be fixed by them.
