No matter how dedicated, principled and loving a buyer agent might be; the more time "showing", means a lower pay grade..? (lol) Naturally and necessarily, those buyer's agents are always a little anxious or hurried...?
As far as buyer's agents go however; Mr Copeland has got to be one of the best.
