He was very professional. He called back. I don't know how to compare what he charged. He completed it the same day. He took care of it. I don't know how it would compare to someone else, but I needed it fixed.

First Coopers was doing a great job. He did first what he thought was necessary to fix it and fixed the not draining issue. When we were still having problems we called AHS again and they sent him out again. He re-diagnosed the problem said he would research which control panel was out, we never heard from the guy again. AHS said he ordered the parts and sent a message to him and we still have not heard from him and that was last week. My husband called a couple times in there and I have called and we've gotten no return call.

He is a wonderful and polite man. He is very prompt. You ususally call and leave a message and he will get back to you. He is very cost effective. I wouldnt call anyone else.

Everything went very well. On the first visit, Chris repaired the dryer and inspected the dishwasher. He checked the washer and let me know that replacement parts were needed. He returned on my next day off from work to repair the washer. Chris is very knowledgeable and professional; and it was a pleasure to have him make the repairs needed. Please note that the amount that I paid was the contracted amount with my home owner's warranty. That amount did not cover the entire repair costs--the difference was paid by the home warranty company.

Chris was extremely efficient. He wasted no time when he was working. On visit one he pinpointed my problems immediately and relayed the least expensive way to solve them. I was extremely satisfied with the results of his work and will definitely be using him again.

Mr. Cooper came out on Wednesday 2/12/14 to diagnose the problem, he said it would take roughly about 1 week, fortunately the washing machine part came in sooner than anticipated, so Sunday 2/16/14 he calls and say that he would come by and finish the job, we are pleased with his services.

Chris Cooper made a very positive impression on us when he came to our house to examine our oven and microwave. He quickly diagnosed the problems. Both were covered under a home warranty. The control panel was sent to him and he did some additional work on it. He came out and installed the control panel and it worked perfectly. When the microwave arrived, he installed it. He did not charge for the additional service call. We were very pleased with the outcome. We were especially pleased with the honesty and integrity of Chris. He maintained excellent communication with us, responded to phone calls and emails in a very appropriate manner. I highly recommend him to everyone as an excellent technician, and a wonderful businessman!

Chris arrived on time and got right to work. The problem turned out to be a faulty installation by a previous contractor, but Chris double-checked for other possible problems as well. Chris is both friendly and professional in his demeanor.
