 + -1 moreCE not willing to look at my 8 year old samsung LCD and estimate cost of repair and wanted to charge extra to drop off. Was told I should just get a new TV since it was not under warranty. I get the impression they only want warranty work. Additionally, CE said they cannot remove mounted TV. Called Geek Squad, estimated $150 over the phone. Two days later showed with a part and TV fixed, they even programed universal remote (purchased at the walmart) $122.52 and let me feel good about my "Old" TV. BTW ... the year the home was built has nothing to do with my TV Angiee
Description of Work: Called because 8 year old Samsun was only showing in Black and White.
