I'm not sure why Sony would recommend this company. The phone line was looped to a recorded message to look at website or hold. Finally I was able to talk to a technician who told me it was not worth getting it fixed because it was a "screen problem" and would cost more than a TV. I asked if he could make this diagnosis without looking at the TV--and he was certain. adding to the loss of my business was his rudeness. Not satisfied with his answer--and obvious lack of customer service, I then called Bjorns. Technician there said it is fixable--and will be out tomorrow.

Our dealing with them with a good one. They made sure our television was working properly before calling us to pick it up. They responded promptly when we had a question.
