They repaired the leak in my roof. They came, cleaned up and left and there is no leak in my roof.

The patio roof was attached to the house, they removed this roof, took it away and installed a new roof. There was a little bit of a problem in attaching the roof, a worker who was attaching the roof tho the wall to the house, drove a nail thru the sheet rock and went into an electric outlet in the house, this issue was fixed. The building itself and the price included the electrician who then came in and installed a fan in the ceiling of the patio ceiling, this price also included the painting of the new patio, So overall the job was done very professionally and I would recommend them. I would say that there were some glitches, but he was receptive to the stuff we wanted to have fixed.

Steve was always prompt courteous and totally professional.  I would describe Steve as a master carpenter  - excellent work.
Steve is neat and clean and did the work when he said it would start and the time frame for completion.  The cost was competitive and worth every penny.   The whole experience was a pleasure.  I would continue using Steve for his services and highly recommend his company.

He is awesome and really good. He did several items for us. He charged us $3000 for the last service to put up everything. I had more people stop and ask me about the shelves. He did an excellent job. I would use him for anything else. We have used him for some minor things. Whatever he put on top of the countertop to seal it has been awesome. He is really phenomenal and very professional. He cleans up after himself. He does a great job. He does a lot of things. He takes his time. The garage shelves took him almost like four days. You couldn’t even tell that somebody had put up our garage shelves. He cleans up after himself. He is very considerate about everything around him. In fact, when we were having the counters hand sanded, he had to use a machine. So, he had already told me that I had to cover all the furniture. When he got over here, he said that he could do it by hand so that it would minimize the dust, which he did. He is wonderful. He is a nice person too. He was here for about 4 hours because I had a lot of countertops, but he hand sanded everything. After trying to sand it to smooth it down, he had to reseal everything. Instead of just patching, he did all my counters. I didn’t have one bit of problem with the counters as well. I think anybody that uses him would really like him. His price was pretty reasonable. I had somebody else come out to give me an estimate and they were more. He was punctual. If he was going to be a few minutes late, he called me. It was unusual because punctuality doesn’t happen very often. He was here when he said he would be here. I was flabbergasted when he came here. I thought that he would at least be half an hour late, but he said he doesn’t like it if someone does that to him. He said he wouldn’t do it for his clients. He does everything. My husband is also impressed with him since he is very good. I would definitely use his services in the future too.

My experience was wonderful. Mr Pascarella arrived at the original date and time we had set for the estimate. He told me with the sanding there would be quite a large amount of dust and to make sure to cover whatever would be affected. I was given the estimate at that time. Later a date was set for the work to be done. He called a few days ahead asking if it would be posible to move the time approximate 1 hour later.He has been right on time for our appointments. Mr Pascarella told me he was going to try another method to correct the problem rather then sand and create a mess. This process took a lot longer and left very little dust. Mr Pascarella did such a good job cleaning up after himself, there was little for me to do. Consensus Building Concepts, S.A is a company with true professional.
