Way easy, that's how I like it.

We took the door to Conrad, and he was more than accommodating! Not a repair that he does daily, but certainly within his scope of work!!! We were completely satisfied with his work, professionalism, and personality! When we are ready for a patio screening, he will certainly be our "go to guy"!!!

Mr Flores is one of the most personable and straightforward business people we have met and he is very refreshing.  We trusted him and he exceeded our expectations.  He and his wife, who both have many years of combined experience, did exactly as promised and were punctual and thorough.  We will not be calling anyone else in the future for needs in screens, extruded aluminum structure or advice on things of that nature.

look great. Good quality. I chose a dark color based on recommendation. When screening began, I couldn't see through the screens, so requested the material be changed. They unscreened, and rescreened those that had already been screened. At no additional cost. In fact, I moved to a lower cost screen, and they went to the initial cost there too. Quality was high, I am extremely happy. They also worked timing so we could get the screens painted, so they unscreened initially, returned to me, I had them painted, then they screened them. SO good flexibility, good service.

Conrad came and gave a cost estimate and gave us a wide choice of colors to choose from. They were back at the set time and were done in less then 45 minutes. We at first didn't want the back windows done but the we quickly realized that we did. Our electric bill went down at least 40 from the month before. Great Job

I used the services of Conrad Flores Screen Repair. The service turned out very good. I would grade him 'A's in all categories across the board. He did a very good job. I have a lot of windows and he put some sun screens on the front. I would definitely use them in the future.

I think the price was good. We had purchased solar screens from another company in the past and they didn't work as well. I will be using them again in the future.
