The Salesman was great.  Knowledgeable and not high pressure even though he is commission sales.  Company did not call before delivery as promised.  Delivered item was damaged and refused.  Company did not reschedule new unit until Monday.  Although they were told 3 times that if they were going to deliver unit on Monday it must be before 10am.  They finally called at 9:30 and said delivery would be between10:30 and 12:30.   we had to make special arrangements to be there even though it was their fault that delivery had to be make on Monday.  Installer had to be prompted to connect water to ice machine even though we paid extra and it was on invoice.  Calls to corporate to complain were  shuffled off to underlings who had no authority or responsibility.  Never Buy from them.

I was real pleased with them. They actually called me and asked about it. I didn't realize there was a problem and they came out and fixed it. They were very professional and very responsive. They came out right away. For such a big company I thought it might be a few hours but they came out within an hour of my call. I was real pleased. They were very fast. The quality was good and they sell major brands.
