Had a reputable computer company check computer and all drives were fine. Service rep Gilberto Tijjerina still making excuses. Now claiming my money is with some other company....not the one who is on my receipt. San Antonio Police Department report filed & they are checking into this. They advise situation has all the ear marks of a possible professional scam.
Description of Work: Scammed me by misdiagnosing hard drives on computer. Claimed that two hard drives & external backup hard drive were bad. Prepaid for replacement parts & services. Service tech scheduled return but kept calling with excuses & lies.....No parts, daughter sick, etc...Never showed again nor refunded money.
