The hard drive was replaced, my files were copied from the old hard drive, and I had them add Windows 10. I had asked them to check on the price of upgrading the RAM, but I didn't receive a quote on that as requested and the work wasn't completed.

Computer Rescue is great. They give real personalized service. They are available for tech support long after you have purchased the machine. You can call them years later to ask a question and they are happy to answer. The owner, Jeff Wulum, is a really nice guy. They stand behind their products. The price is more expensive than average but in some ways it is cheaper. It is a great deal - a bargain.

I felt like the price was reasonable for everything that he did. He was friendly. They gave me a fairly quick return time, and they made it. He gave me some advice about a free virus protection plan. I was very pleased with him.

I had the problem diagnosed elsewhere and got an estimate of $100. That seemed high, so I called Computer Rescue. I got a quote of $75 and was told if I got it in early, it could probably be done that day. I took it on on a Friday morning and it wasn't ready until Tuesday, but they did an excellent job and I felt better taking it there than to a big box store.
