Dan was there on time and ready to go. He spent almost three hours trying to resuscitate one of my hard drives. I was very pleased with his effort even though he was unable to get the info from the drive. This was drive from my old computer and had not been cooperating for several months. His policy is to not charge if the work isn't done. He didn't charge me anything for coming out or spending around three hours working on the problem. I was very pleased with his effort.
