He fixed it in record time. It was a small part gone bad in the attic. Very pleased with the service.

Saturday night the a/c stopped cooling. called COMFORT CONNECT and left a message. Within 5 min RUBEN FLORES called. he said he would be in 15 min. In about 15 min MR FLORES was there. It took about 30 min to repair a/c. I will use COMFORT CONNECT again.

His honesty was pretty much what gained my support. Ruben Flores was the owner of the company but he was the one who went out there and he did majority of the work, him and his helper. I don't think there was anything he could have done better, the pricing was right, the quality of work that he did was right and his professionalism was good. I would use his services in the future again.
