State Farm Auto recommended this provider and the bill was paid by State Farm entirely. They were polite and efficient, took care of everything including my rental car. They did a beautiful job on the car, and as a courtsey, fixed other minor dents and nicks on the body.
I am not sure how any other body shop could have done any better in any aspect. I owe State Farm for giving me this referral.

Took the car in for repairs on the 2nd of May and it was ready on the 4th as promised.

Once I was on the way over to my son-in-law's house and there was construction work at the busiest intersection in San Antonio which i had to go through. I look in the rear view mirror and I see a big red Ford F150 truck ready to run into me. The truck lifted the back of my jeep. It pushed me into a BMW convertible in front of me. State Farm is my insurance company and they have a list of people you can take your vehicle to, no matter what they charge, State Farm automatically pays it. As they smashed into the back of the jeep, I took it to Collision Pros and they were absolutely fantastic. I would go back there just to have it repainted if I ever needed it. They did an awesome job on my jeep. My jeep has never been so clean when I picked it up. It was unbelievable and they were so nice. When the engine light came back on in the car again afterwards, I took it over to another company and they did not know if it was from the repair work that had been done at Collison Pro or from something else before. So working with State Farm and Collison Pro, they sent their people over to take pictures and I found out afterwards that it would have been impossible for the hose involved to be damaged by them. If it had been the bottom hose it could have been damaged during the body work but it was the top one. So when I called Collison Pro and told them it wasn't their fault I thought they were going to take it back to dinner and dance. At least I can be honest with them and you just don't have to worry about sending the pictures in for examining them or anything. The person who started the whole wreck was under insured with the SAA. Therefore everybody involved in the wreck had to go through their own insurance companies for the repayment. My husband took care of it. I think that the cost to replace the new part on the jeep probably ran to $4500. It was much more reasonable because my husband started going out and getting estimates from different people and Collision Pros came in very nicely. They called and said if anything is wrong let us know because if we don't know that its gone wrong then we cannot fix it for you. Just between the two of us, they did not get me out the door and slam it behind me. They are really really good.

Completed the repairs in less than a week with no defects.

My son's brand new 2007 Honda Civic was hit by a rock which made a golf ball size dent in the quarter panel. Collision Pros repaired the dent and repainted the entire quarter panel with excellent results. I took the car in on Monday morning at 9:00 am and it was ready by noon on Wednesday the same week. The work was great, timely, and the car was returned clean, free from any dust or overspray. Very professional!!

Don gave me an estimate of $700.00 and a range of times to drop it off, including an offer of a drive home if needed or after hours drop off.Told me how long they would take and got it back to me half a day early.The extra $27.50 was for the door striker which I wanted done after he had already started painting.The paint job is as nice as 12 years ago when we bought the car new. There was a small amount of overspray which he pointed out to me(I wouldn't have noticed) which he said will be fixed when the rest of the car is done or right away.My choice. They also vacuumed and cleaned the inside of car and thoroughly cleaned all windows.

Don and the other workers really did a great job. Did not want to submit to insurance so was given a large cash discount. No problem giving customers a ride home or picking up. This was the third time they did work for me and they always do same great job. They are also a family owned firm with one location so their rep is on the line with every job.
