 + -1 moreThey were awesome. We liked them enough that we used them again as our selling agent when we sold the house. They collected their commission but they were fantastic. It was a $300,000 house and it was a 3% commission, so I think we paid about $18000. Three percent is a fixed price for commission in real estate. They sold our house for full market value under two months in a bad market, which was awesome. They got the job done quickly.
Description of Work: We used Kathy Connor from Coldwell Banker D'Ann Harper for realtor services. They were buying agents in 2009 and then we used them to sell the same house in 2012.
