Excellent experience with Coldwell Banker, and in particular with Steve Bennett. Steve was and remains the consummate professional. He has been patient, knowledgable and accessible. He is someone who got to know my wife and i on a personal level to assist us with house hunting. | |I contacted USAA for a home purchase in San Antonio. While shopping for a rental, Dea helped us understand traffic patterns in the city and choose a neighborhood with a reasonable commute, desirable schools, and nearby shopping. She helped us understand the rental process in the San Antonio market and worked quickly to help us secure the home of our choosing. She negotiated with our landlord about some repair issues while in the rental home.
When we began considering where to buy, Dea walked us through a number of homes and helped us articulate our wish list. She helped us look at long-term needs of our family, not just what we want for today. When we settled on the decision to build a home, she helped us consider multiple builders and floorplans. When we narrowed down our decision, she was present for negotiating our contract with the builder of our new home and the design appointments to choose interior finishes. She helped coordinate timelines of builder, bank, and even us buyers when it came time to close.
In addition to knowing the housing market of at least NW San Antonio inside and out, Dea has a large network of specialists to recommend when needed. She is an excellent communicator and negotiator, understanding her clients' wishes and priorities and articulating them to all involved.

They did an excellent job. The agent treated us very well. They bent over backwards helping us out. They did a lot of stuff at the agency because we were moving to a brand new home. They met the inspector and they really went to bat making sure that things got done properly. They did a lot of extra work to help us get moved. They very patiently put up with us while we looked. Their commission was right in line with the other realtors in the area. We would absolutely use them again.
