Poor communication. Poor customer service. Always having to keep after them to find out where they are, when they are coming, etc. JR is the WORST supervisor I've ever dealt with in 4 pool constructions. He never shows up, he does not communicate well with customers and has no customer SERVICE whatsoever. Still having issues 2.5 years later.

We have had an awful experience with Cody and we write this review in hopes of helping others find a better company. We hired Cody Pools to build a pool at our home. We broke ground in April and we are now well into our sixth month with no clear end in sight. Our project has been plagued by poor communication, unfilled promises, poor workmanship and almost nonexistent supervision. The gas line has failed inspection twice, there have been numerous construction flaws that have required alterations, and the company clearly suffers from a lack of accountability and customer focus. We have been forced to modify our landscaping plans, which has resulted in additional cost on our part and we are at the point where we wonder if this project is ever going to get completed.
