Work was mediocre but could not rely on her to arrive on time after the first appointment. When she was provided feedback on the last cleaning, she seemed to take the feedback constructively but when it cam time for the next appointment, she proceeded to confirm the appointment/arrival time, then push it out, and finally cancel it due to the feedback from two weeks prior. There was no heads up that there was a problem until the day of the cleaning. Very disappointing, very unprofessional, unreliable, and cannot accept criticism. I would not recommend.
