The front office processed the request quickly. They only take cash or check. No credit cards. Results were processed quickly and I received a phone notice and email of results.

The front office was kind and efficient, even though they had just moved into their new offices. I received a phone call within the week from a very knowledgable consultant who carefully outlined my options and current Texas Law in regards to Asbestos Removal. Overall a quick and painless (and priced right!) experience.

I contacted Clean Environments, Inc. after walking into my small office and discovering that water from an unknown source had flooded the suite during the night. Everything was saturated! Condensation was running down the windows and walls. It smelled horrible. Greg Shilts came out and explained the mold testing procedure in detail. He set up environmental monitors within the suite and outside to obtain a control sample. Within 2 days, he called to say that the interior environment's mold content was no higher than the exterior samples. Good news! Confident that our health was in no immediate danger, we were able to proceed with the clean-up. Greg was very knowledgeable and took his time explaining each step of the testing.
