Linda Kuntz is the owner and interior designer for Class Act Interiors. She has really good ideas, but she surrounds herself with folks that do sub-par work, except her faux painter - she was excellent. There were issues with her not returning calls for weeks. She would then claim she was out of phone service range or she was ill. Her daughter and son work for her and they could have responded to multiple requests for a return call. At one point I was so frustrated that she had not called back, I drove over to the address listed for the company - they do not occupy that office. Another company has been in there for years. One of the paint crews she hired, painted a banister and railing in my home, they did not prep the area and one of the support posts was damaged and they did not repair it. When I pointed out the damage, their response was to minimally repair it and their work from that point on was not their best. Linda? son is her drywall painter. His work ethic is nonexistent. I requested that he return and complete his work. He came back, while he was painting the trim, I reminded him, the A/C grate in the living room had not yet been painted, he told me that he only brought one paintbrush. Then he left and he never returned. The job was not completed. His knowledge of appropriate paint is not at a professional level. He painted the trim in my kitchen with the wrong paint and it began to peel. When I called and shared these concerns with Linda, I asked that she come back and do another walk through with me. She did not. After that, the only contact she had with me, was to return the key to my home when I was at work and let me know they had completed the job and they would not return.
