He came out immediately and saw that the problem and that ithe part was UNDER WARRANTY. So he got the part and even installed a new drain spout to make draining more efficient as our old one was bogged up by a little lime. Only charged me for minimal time spent installing and draining. Made sure all the air was out of the lines. So professional and courteous! Will definitely be using him again!

This is somebody I've had for years. He doesn't mess around and charge you for a lot of time that he just spends chit chatting, he just goes to work and does his business. The work took him probably 15 minutes. For this job it was just him that came out, but he does have other people that work with him and sometimes they come. They're all good and professional.

Mr. Clark's service, as usual, was top notch and has been for the past twenty years. He has always responded with professionalism and suggestions that have added to the comfort of my home. Assessing the needs and taking action toward meeting those needs have always been a hallmark of his work performance.

Called Dustin from a neighbor's referral. The service provided was first rate at a fair price. Dustin was friendly and knowledgeable about plumbing.
The pinhole leak in our cooper pipe was located and repaired very efficiently.

ency repair of broken pipes during freezing weather, replaced my hot water heater, excavated and replaced a leaking gas line for my pool heater etc. they are always reasonable and dependable. if there is trouble with an item they stand behind the product and their work. i consider myself fortunate to have a plumber like Dustin Clark.
*I don't recall individual prices, but there have been no surprises or shocks. I consider his pricing fair and reasonable.

Great. Gave advice on preventive maintenance

Dustin had done previous work on our other water heater and we were happy with him. When this water heater exploded we immediately called. He sent his son Cameron out the next day to replace the water heater. Cameron and another young man arrived promptly and immediately began work. Long story short-only request to work with Dustin. He is professional, friendly, and does a good job. There were some respect issues as well as a substantial lack of professionalism on the part of his son. Unfortunately, I don't think Cameron has the passion for the family business that his dad has.

No complaints for all 4 times I've called. Issues all resolved perfectly with no follow up required.

He has always done a very good job. He does great emergency work. He is always very responsive and reasonable. He is honest and hard working. He does what he says he is going to do.

Dustin was very accommodating and punctual. He called when he was coming and was there when he said he would be. What seemed like an awful task (as one of the water heaters had leaked and the pan was cracked causing water to come through our living room ceiling) turned out to be very painless. We couldn't be happier with his work and response. When we have any other plumbing jobs, he will be the first we call.

Unfortunately, the concrete contractors misunderstood and broke out lots more of the driveway than was needed but Dustin made it right by replacing about a third of the driveway. It has been several months and there has not been an inkling of a stoppage. I am happy because in the past I was paying $150 every few weeks to try to clear a sewer line full of tree limbs. I can now wash as many loads of clothes as I want to!

Our experience with Clark plumbing was very positive. We have an older home, built in 1978, that was in need of a few tune-ups. We are very pleased to have found a knowledgeable and reasonable priced plumber. Dustin Clark was quick to respond, accurate with his price quotes, and very pleasant to deal with. I was so pleased with the amount of time he took to do all our little fixes. He had everything completed in no time at all. We look forward to using him again in the future and would confidently refer him to our friends and family.

I know the big box stores do this for less, but we got a great deal on a high-end d/w at a local independent retailer that did not offer this service. I imagine a handy man might have charged a bit less, but we've had Dustin do other work and he is so reliable and responsive and I KNOW he's going to do the job right, I didn't bother calling anyone else. Always calls me back, shows up on time, etc etc. Couldn't be happier with his services.

Dustin is the best plumber we've ever had. We moved to San Antonio last summer and bought a 30+ year old house. The plumbing, it turned out, was in bad shape. He's been out several times to fix various problems. He also installed a new kitchen sink and faucet for us. We will always call Dustin when we have plumbing problems. He's prompt, courteous, smart, and doesn't over-charge. I can't tell you what a relief it is to have a good plumber!

Some pipes needed to be capped temporarily until more demolition was completed. When my friend accidentally broke one of the pipes at 7pm on a Friday, requiring water to be shut off at the street, Clark Plumbing was there first thing in the morning to repair the damage. He was willing to come by Friday night, but I said it was late in the day, and I could live without water for one evening. I've used Clark Plumbing for everything from replacing a water heater, to fixing a loose toilet (whatever a toilet hooks into needed to be replaced), and replacing a wall-mounted kitchen faucet. Dustin knows old houses, is reliable and professional with excellent workmanship. What more could you ask for in a plumber?

This company was referred to us from another company that was excellent with plumbing. The service was great during the leveling of our home. They had to make sure all the under ground plumbing was not broke during the level of the house. All the workers were very professional.
