We needed an electrician immediately and called other places before lucking onto Citywide. The other places were either unable to come within a few days or wanted to extract a pretty penny for a sooner response. Daniel, who was very friendly, trustworthy and professional, came right away. He fixed the problem quickly and also took the time to give me accurate estimates on some other things I wanted done. We will definitely be using them from now on.

Daniel came out to provide an estimate and indicated he could have a crew available in about two hours. He provided what we considered to be an excellent price, which we accepted. His crew arrived as scheduled, climbed around in a hot sticky garage attic running wires, and finished up in about 3 to 4 hours. Daniel was excellent at figuring out what I wanted to have done, was clear about what could be they would be able to do, and about pricing. Daniel, Octavio, and Rodrigo were completely professional and courteous, and we will certainly hire them again.

Isaac was the guy that came to our house. Told him the problem and he turned on the light fixture. Only 3 of the 4 bulbs came on. He had me turn the air conditioner on and as soon as that kicked in, the other bulb came on. He also had me turn the clothes dryer on. He went outside the house and checked the main power source box on the house. Came back in and took the casing for the light fixture off and checked the sockets in the fixture. He discovered that we had ruined the light fixture by putting in some 60 watt bulbs when the fixture says the max wattage per bulb should be 25 watt. We thought we had used 25 watt but he took the bulbs out and showed us where 3 of them were 60 watt and they were ruining the sockets. He also checked the wiring in a wall in the dining room because I thought maybe sometimes I see that fixture dim, when I turn on a nebulzer machine that I use at the table. The wiring read good both with the nebulizer turned off and with it running so that gave me piece of mind that the wiring isn't bad and will start a house fire. Isaac was a great guy to work with. Very friendly, answers your questions if you have any and was quick to figure out the problem. We will use Citywide Electric again when we need an electrician and we will also request that Isaac be the guy the send out.

Excellent company--I would rehire for additional work. I contacted Citywide Electric through their website and promptly called me back. A time was arranged and a professional individual arrived and discussed with me what I wanted to fix. He didn't try to sell me extra stuff that I didn't need/want. We agreed on the price, the work was scheduled for a specific day. The technicians called before arriving. They were on time and handle the work in a very reasonable amount of time. Once they installed a new panel for me, they tested everything out and ensured everything was working before they left. I was able to pay with a credit card onsite and all went well.

Technicians were polite, and the quality of the work was excellent. Kept the work area neat, and project manager kept us up to date with the work being performed on a daily basis. The project cost is very reasonable and they did not cut corners when it came to quality of materials. They are professional, all dressed in complete uniform and showed up on time the duration of the project.

The technicians were very helpful and worked quickly to replace the plug and check the doorbell wiring connections. I have been looking for a good company for electrician services and have found them at Citywide. Hired a second time to replace 4 light fixtures and again was very pleased with their work on both jobs.

Every Citywide Electric LC technician with whom I have dealt was exceedingly professional, polite, well dressed, engaging and thorough in ascertaining what was needed and equally thorough in explaining what it entailed, including cost. In 2015, they upgraded our electrics and installed a new and MUCH needed nearly 46-year-old panel in the garage. Specifically Isaac Hinojsa supervised the 2015 job and Luis worked on it. The recent service was supervised by Isaac and completed by Horacio and Luis. Again, Citywide confirmed for me that a good decision was made in connecting with this company and convinced me that I would return with other electrical needs. I trust Citywide and the technicians who are exceedingly well trained in their field AND in customer relations. Much gratitude goes to Citywide!!!

I worked all weekend to install a lighting fixture and then troubleshoot it myself and decided on Sunday that I better get an electrician in to take a look. I emailed about 10 different A rated electricians on Sunday night hoping one of them would be able to come over on Monday or Tuesday since I was leaving town for a week on Wednesday. Citywide was the first to call me back and then they were able to send a crew over first thing in the morning at about 9am. I mainly dealt with Isaac, explained to him what I had done and the things I wanted him to look at. Him and his partner split up one looking at the GFCI and the other at the chandelier. It turns out that I had installed the chandelier correctly, but that there was a breaker out on the board that would not reset. After testing all of the plugs, he also recommended that the GFCI outlet be replaced as it would be quite an expensive project to try to actually trace the wiring in the kitchen to see if there was a short. I agreed to that as well as to having them install whole home surge protection. Isaac explained the surge protection to me and also gave me all the information I needed to research it myself and ultimately, I decided it was a good idea. The guys installed all of the needed items in a very professional manner and also took the time to explain things to me and answer all of the questions that I had so I could understand what they were doing, what went wrong, and why. I learned a lot and I thank God that I didn't accidentally electrocute myself because it turns out that the breaker that I was switching off only controlled the plugs, not the lighting and if it hadn't been for the breaker that controls the lighting being broken, then I might have been shocked when I tried disassemble the old broken fixture. I highly recommend these guys. They are highly responsive, professional, courteous, and competent and I would definitely hire them again.

Very pleased with their work.

Isaac was the contact and coordinator, and was very professional and courteous.  Explained everything and worked with me to understand what I wanted vs what actually could be done.  The team he sent out (when he didn't come out himself; they came out a few times to get everything done because was more than one day's worth of work) was every bit as professional and courteous. -- What a great find this company is!

It was great! they showed up on time and and got it done on the first part of the day,
before turning power off they always checked with me to make sure that I was aware of it.
at the end of the work they noticed that I had a short circuit on one of my lines? or circuits? well the breaker was tripping, that was something that I had forgotten to mention to them,
But they found were the short was and fixed at no charge at all!
I have already recommended them to one of my friends.

That went good. I was out of town when I used them. But, they were pretty responsive. My wife liked their responsiveness.

First, Daniel came out and did an estimate, which allowed me to see a comparative btwn rmore economical repairs and total replacement. I went with the overall plan in order to feel safe and be assured that I would never have an electrical fire from faulty wiring. The house was built in 1960 and hadn't been electrically updated - and needed it. Many wires in the home had suffered from rodent damage and were plain unsafe - and everything was antiquated, not up to current standards or codes. I had no idea until they began, just want a labor intensive and involved job it would be. Daniel did prepare me for holes in the walls and some inconvenience and minor repairs that would be needed after they did their work - and, yes, there was that. Through the weeks required to complete the job, all the men were professional, courteous, helpful and considerate.
It is easy to take the check and 'run', but Daniel assured me, and was good to his word, that there would be little questions and glitches after the work was completed. He was right. He probably wished I would just go away, but he was always kind and prompt about follow through after the job was done but small concerns remained. Every one of them has been dealt with considerately. I'm not fussy, but I am picky and I am sold on this company. I will be recommending Citywide Electric to anyone and everyone because of their attention to detail and their professionalism. They may not be the cheapest (but I did give them a "Good" rating on price because after I saw all that was required I understood the hefty amount charged), but I believe they must be one of the best.
