Great experience with Amanda & Cityline. They came out quickly to provide an estimate and once the job was scheduled, the team worked very hard to get the old fence torn down and a beautiful new fence was installed before the end of the day. Very professional. Highly recommend them.

I had a few home projects happening at the same time. Cityline Fence was exceptional and top notch in completing my project in all aspects. I will request their services and always recommend them to my friends and family in the future.

Promised the job completed in one day and worked past dark to get it done. The fence was beautiful and exceeded our expectations!! Great customer service and I can see why they are top rated.

No guidance from the sales guy regarding what I wanted as opposed to what would work. No supervision that I could see once the workers got on site (they did come as scheduled). For some reason there was an issue about the gate which was resolved. When they built the gate, the handle was too high so I attempted to explain to the worker that it needed to be moved down. Unfortunately he did not speak English and I don't speak Spanish so it was difficult to let him know what was needed. I attempted to contact the sales guy, phone call and text, to no avail. I set an appointment with both he and the office manager for 7:45 am and nobody showed up. I had to go to work so I left. Finally the sales guy texted me back and said to move the handle there would be an upcharge, which I disputed since it wasn't installed properly. And that was that. The worker did move the handle down, not far enough though, and left holes in the new pickets from where the handle was originally placed. I emailed the office manager when I paid my bill, expressing my concerns of the holes in the new pickets and the fact that the 2 x 4 support that was used to hold the handle hardware was crooked. I even sent pictures. They did have the sales guy come out and fill the holes with wood putty but nothing was done to straighten out the 2 x 4 support, again being told that it would be an upcharge if they did. So apparently they don't take pride in their workmanship. I know it's on the inside of the fence but that's the first thing I see when I go outside. The bloody fence was expensive and for the cost I would have expected at least the 2 x 4 to be straight and get no pushback from the company about a correct install.

Arrived on time and replaced old fence in day and half. Changed from regular privacy to shadow box which was what I had previously. No problem. Beautiful job

The initial work was very acceptable. Tried contacting them a couple of months later about several warped boards but no response. OK, I get it. Got my money and moved on. During the installation, they busted a sprinkler line after I told them to be careful and alerted them to the location. They fixed the break but now I have several breaks at that location. They poured concrete on top of lines after I told them not to in case of future repairs. In their repair, they forgot to use PVC glue to seal pipes. I am now out an additional $260 dollars to fix their repairs. Was going to use them for another side of the fence but I do not think I can afford the after-install issues. Do not use them. Get someone that will answer calls and listen to your concerns. My last two water bills are double now because of this so I am out additional money.

The fence was put up so straight and neat that others were talking about it. They left it clean. Most definitely, I would recommend these guys.

They completed my very large yard fencing project in 2 days and I was very happy with the work. The guys worked tirelessly to get it done and I was so happy to see them clean up everything leaving it better then it was when they got there. I would definitely recommend them.

Amber and her team were very professional. Everything she said that what happened happened. The team came in on Monday and they were completed with a 280 linear foot fence including removal of old fence by Tuesday afternoon. We are very very happy at how the fence turned out it is absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend Amber at Cityline fencing for any of your fencing needs.

Amber and her crew were wonderful. Very responsive to any questions or concerns. When issues or changes came up they were very quick to offer support and solutions. The gentlemen working on the fence were very efficient, polite and respectful. Overall, this company provides stellar workmanship and customer service. The crew that installed the fence were amazing. They started at 7:30 and immediately went to work removing the old fence which had been damage by a storm. They removed the old, installed new posts (I upgraded to metal), started assembling the new fence. They were done by 3:30 that afternoon to include remove any signs that they had been there, Three guys, 130 foot of fence done in 8 hours was incredible to watch. I highly recommend Cityline, they did an awesome job and I plan to use them for our side fences soon.

The team was very efficient, worked hard, and cleaned up the work site. I am very pleased with the results.
