Timely and professional. After he provided the service, I was sent a survey and I completed that survey the same day that the services were rendered. I used them this year as well. I think it was $100 or $110, I can't remember but it was reasonable. Will absolutely use again.

Jerry was polite and professional. He gave great advice as to which were the best products for our needs, and it turned out what what he recommended was less expensive than what we thought we needed. We appreciated his honesty! He communicated well and arrived on time. His prices beat his competitors, and we are thrilled with the product! He made a complicated project that much easier for us. We will definitely hire again for any future projects of this nature.

It was a great experience. He came during the designated time that he said he was going to arrive. He was very friendly and extremely professional. I would give him the top rating. He sent me a response immediately after the purchase and we were able to set up the date. I would highly recommend them. He was very professional. He did arrive on time. He was very courteous.

Excellent. The owner showed up and did the work. He was very accommodating and took both recycling materials as well as junk away. It was easy to schedule. I need something done that day and he was willing to do it!

Needed to get rid of a garage full of construction debris from a kitchen remodel, including drywall, lumber, cabinets, etc.... Saw the Citihaul deal, and the few good reviews, and decided to see if it was worth it. It Definitely was worth it, considering I was thinking of using a Bagster - which I've used before, but was actually more expensive when you add in the pick-up cost. Jerry called soon after I purchased the deal and we set up a mutual time for him to come by. He told me how much he could remove, and it seemed like it would be enough. When he showed up, he had a large trailer attached to a truck, and was able o back up into my driveway. We spent the next hour piling junk into the trailer, and when I thought that was it, he piled even more stuff, making sure my garage was now empty. Great, personable guy, and I will use him again soon when I need another garage full of stuff removed!

The owner, Jerry Rodriguez called me to set a time within 10 minutes of my sending an email to him. He and his associate arrived on time and went to work removing items that were frankly, too heavy for me to move by myself- desk, chair, shelving, old garden pots and plants. Mr. Rodriguez even swept the area when he was completed- the whole job took roughly 35 minutes and they were done! I was so amazed and so pleased! Since my husband died in December, the stress of disposing of large items was beyond my control; Mr. Rodriguez took charge of the situation and expedited the process of disposal. I can't thank him and his associate enough. Would recommend him to everyone!

After explaining what we needed Jerry had his partner Mr. Lira call me so he could take a look at the wall. Jerry would charge a fee for hauling & Mr lira's fee was separate.
This was done the same day that I called Citihaul. Mr. Lira gave me a price: he would have to rent a tool to break it apart and use his bobcat to take the debris to the street to be put into Jerry's truck. Jerry called me the following day so he could look at the job, same day again. Said we would have to wait to do the work until the ground dried as it had been raining & the soil around the wall was soaked. About a week later the ground had dried enough, Jerry called and they came over the following day to do the work.
Jerry & Mr. Lira were very professional & respectful of our property.

Citihaul gave us a bid for three loads of gravel base at $265/load. Joe dumped each load where requested, even on some rough terrain. He even brought a fourth load when it was clear we needed more. Very pleased with service.
