Although the process of selling my house was not without its glitches, my agent, Christine Henderson, did a wonderful job throughout the entire process. She had it listed within hours of our agreement, presented several offers within the week, and submitted an accepted agreement within days of listing. A problem arose on the buyer's side that would have caused me a significant delay and additional costs. She and quot;talked me off the cliffand quot; and provided me a clear picture of what my options were. I opted not to extend the contract and to seek a back up offer. She was able to secure an even better offer in a very short period of time and guide me through ending the contract with the previous potential buyer. Even with a new offer/buyer, I was still able to close within 10 days of my initial goal. She responded to every call in a timely manner. Her experience in real estate was evident. She admitted when she did not know the answer to a question, but got back to me as soon as she had the answer.
