Very well done! no dust and all soot was vacuumed with a large pro unit to avoid any dusting of the living room.

As it turned out, the chimney and fireplace were fairly clean but we didn't want to start a fire until we knew it was safe.

It was a new residence/condo I purchased so didn't have any idea as to the condition of the chimney. Noah came and gave me an honest assessment. Chimney was absolutely clean. I knew he drove a long way so I had no problem paying for the call. To my delight, he volunteered to clean my vents and dryer vents and did a great job (found 4 bird nests in my vents so now I know why my dryer was performing so poorly !) Thanks for the honesty and your professionalism !

Overall, all went well. They gave some good tips and were true professionals. I will use them again. Great job and cleaned everything.

I was so happy with their service and honesty, that when I received the bill for $48.66, I offered to pay the estimated price, but was told they charge only for the services performed.

Came in for a chimney cleaning. After a quick inspection, I was told that the chimney was prestine and didn't need cleaned for at least two years. The inspection was $48 with taxes, but well worth it. The service person was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. She answered every single one of my questions and also gave us great tips for using our fireplace.

Services were very easy to schedule. One 10 min call and I was set up. Services were explained thoroughly when I booked the appointment. Michelle and her helper arrived on-time and promply started the inspection. They were very polite and courteous. My chimney flue needed cleaned, as I suspected, and they quickly began to work. They took care to keep things clean and left zero mess behind. They completed the whole process in about 45 mins. I was completely satisfied with their service and would recommend them to anyone.

I'm not sure about the date, but Mike showed up on time with his partner and did the job of cleaning the chimney. The two were very knowledgeable and polite.

Mike and his helper Michelle arrived a bit late, but I live in a somewhat remote place so I'm accustomed to this. At least he found me! Lots of service people get lost. They were very pleasant and professional. They checked all 4 of my fireplaces and cleaned the one we use the most. They also cleaned the gas logs in it. They were very careful to protect furniture and rugs, and when they left you couldn't tell they had been here!

Mike was terrific and we will use him in the future. I was very happy I called him and that I went by the reports submitted.

Mr. Woods is very professional and friendly. I loved the chimney sweep top hat that he wears. We will be hiring him to clean the dryer vents on another property we own.

Mike arrived early after calling ahead. I had called him because our chimneys are old and we were unsure if they needed to be cleaned and/or repaired. After inspecting, he let me know they did not need to be cleaned and he recapped both. He had arrived before I could make it home from the office. When I arrived, he was courteous and explained the repairs.

Arrived late, but did extra work that I originally had not requested; i.e., installing gas fireplace equipment and logs. Logs were in my car trunk, he carried them in for me. Was very careful about getting soot/dirt on my carpet. Cleaned up everything before leaving. Told me I wouldn't need to see him again for 5-8 years because the gas logs don't produce much soot. Friendly and polite. Sweep is $85, extra was for the gas logs.

They were punctual and friendly. Work was performed to our satisfaction. The price for the work was cheaper than other companies with A rating on Angie's List.

He did a good job. He was honest in telling me that my chimney did not need cleaning and showed me how the damper worked. He also added wire mesh to a spot on the chimney cap where squirrels were getting in. He charged a reasonable fee, arrived on time and got the job done quickly. I'm very pleased with his service.
