Title Services
I am from Chicago and I have used them in the past. The cost was included in our mortgage. They were the only ones that would do the title for us. I talked to one of the big wigs and he said he'd do it for me. It was for a home equity loan. I had to transfer the title from my mother's name to my name. Some of the other title companies said that they weren't comfortable doing that. The guy was like, "How else would you do it?" It took forever to get it done. They had to re-start everything after the other title company backed out right before closing. I thought it was very reasonable for everything that they did. Debbie was very responsive both by email and by phone.
