Chavira Tile & Service

Previous contract went very well. However, I have been leaving messages once a week for four weeks for a new contract and I have not received a call back. I am to the point where I am ready to look for someone else.

Wonderful. I've looked at others tile work and they don't measure up. It was done quickly, on time and for the price he quoted me. We are selling our house and if they will travel to Georgetown, TX I will hire them again to redo the kitchen granite at the new house. That should tell you how much I like them!

It took a couple of days to do the job. They were here promptly when they said they would be. The man who runs the business is Jesus. He was here to supervise. He wasn't here the entire time but part of that was because he was going out to find the edge pieces. They did a clean job and they did exactly what they said they were going to do. They worked hard. The hardest part was just hanging around and letting them work. They do big and small jobs. A friend in the neighborhood recommended them. They also do floor tile. I wish I had used them to also do the floor tile. I liked working with them better. He doesn't have real good English. He has an office person, Alejandra, and she handles all of that for him. I got an estimate by email and they stuck to that estimate. Everything was great. Jesus had originally come out and I told him what I wanted. Then overnight I decided that I wanted something different so I called Alejandra and told her what I wanted done differently so Jesus came back out and took a few more measurements. They were real good about me changing my mind. They were still able to do the work on the timetable that they had planned for me. The price was very good.
