Ivan did not complete the scheduled yardwork on the day he began for the first time the work in my yard - pruning, raking leaves, blowing, weed-eating, and removing leaves from the roof. He did not remove the leaves from my roof, yet I paid him in full as he said he would return the next week to complete the job; he did not arrive a promised. Then we exchanged texts, and he said that he would come today Friday, March 28, 2025, to remove the leaves from my roof. He did not show up nor did he contact me. I left him a voicemail today 3/28/25 asking whether he plans to return to complete the job or whether he would like to refund me part of his charges for work not performed. I paid Ivan in full on March 13, 2025, and he has not completed the job as of March 28, 2025. Since I paid him with a credit card, I will contact my bank to seek reimbursement.

Mr. Roque Chavez did an excellent job. My yard, after freeze, drought, and neglect needed a lot of attention. Roque went to work and was able to bring my yard almost back to where it had been with its original landscape. We are very happy with the results. The work was done in the time and amount agreed upon. (I did not take any before photos - didn't want them!)

It was all great! Roque Chavez has old school work ethics and pays attention to detail and takes great pride in his work. Both front and backyard were well manicured and he cleaned all the debris so that both yards looked great! He was so affordable especially given the fact that we are seniors on a fixed income. His kindness and humble demeanor made doing business with him a plus. We will be using his service bi-monthly.

Roque Chavez has great old school work ethics. He took his time so he could give care to detail. He didn't just mow and leave. He edged and cleaned up both the front and back. When he was done our yards were manicured beautifully. Also we are both Senior citizens on fixed incomes so he was very affordable and did quality work. We will continue to use the service twice a month.
