Chauret Marble & Granite

They remodeled both our bathrooms, gutting both to the studs. The guest bathroom came out nice, but we are having issues with the grout. We kept the built in cabinets and the painter they hired did a horrible job on those. They did not sand them first. The small master bath has been a nightmare. The shower pan leaked. It took months to get them back to fix it. Once they returned (after a certified demand letter) it took weeks to fix. They shower now leaks through the door and they are again not responding to calls and another certified demand letter. We also had them tile our bedroom floors. The second bedroom is  uneven and they used the wrong grout. We had them texture and paint the master bedroom, they did not properly repair the wall cracks and they returned with in a month. Overall, our experience witht he contractor was horrible and I cannot recommend using them.

They have reasonable prices, came in and fit tile in my bathroom. They did fabulous work. It is hard to find someone that cares about their work and Chauret Floors definitely does. He was prompt and called ahead when he wasn't able to make an appointment, which I thought was very professional.

The work looks much more expensive than what I spent.
