It went fine. Jay showed up on time (as always) and did his usual excellent work.

Called him on a Friday and even though he was working on two other jobs he came out in the evening and put freon in my unit so that we would not be without a/c over the weekend. We live out in the country so it was late for him. Jay came out on Monday and found the leak and recharged the a/c with more freon for a comfortable night. Came back the next day and brought out a new coil and repaired our unit. Was here at 7:00 Am. Excellent service, great repair and a more than fair price. FANTASTIC! I highly recommend Chaps a/c!!!!

When all was said and done, the work was completed in a very professional manner and I have had no additional trouble with my a/c.

My air conditioner started to make loud noises when it started up - sounded like a bearing to me - I called Chaps and Jay came out to the house the same day, diagnosed the problem (bearings), made an estimate, found the proper parts, and repaired the motor - all within less than 5 hours. You can't ask for more than that

I called and scheduled an appointment with Chaps. I explained to them that we had just purchased a foreclosure and had no history on the house at all. Bo came to my house to do the service. Bo was right on time and he was professionally dressed and very polite. He came in and checked the entire system. He explained to me what he saw with the system and what needed to be done to bring it up to it's optimal operating function. He made the minor repairs/adjustments and told me what I needed to do to maintain the service on the system. I was very impressed with Chaps and wouldn't hesitate to call them again in the future.
