Over the course of many weeks we found a used home that we were interested in. Chad recommend Scott's Inspection and we're glad he did. The home had more foundation movement then it should for the age of the home. Structurally the home was not a good buy. While Chad was outside, the inspector gave Chad a glowing compliment. (third good sign). Some Realtor's wouldn't have cared about the structure of the home. They simply want you to buy something and take your money. That isn't the case with Chad, he was personal yet professional.
We ended up purchasing a new home construction and used Scott's Inspection for all three inspections. Pre slab, Pre drywall & final walk through. Without Chad, we wouldn't of had the positive experience moving to Texas. Chad handled some issues with the builder in the final days that got a little tense. He ensured we didn't get taken to the bank.
