I had read the review you left with CertaPro's third party company, and you mentioned at that time that you "found a few small places where paint was accidentally dripped (on a basket by the door to the garage and crown molding). But easy to cleanup." We make every attempt to rectify any issues we may have left behind. And, I know that Renee would do everything she could, personally, to make sure that the issues were resolved too. She is very conscientious about pleasing her clients. I certainly understand your displeasure with "drips" on any surface, most especially a dining table, and I apologize that the crew apparently did not take every precaution necessary to make sure that no surfaces were left uncovered. Nevertheless, thank you for reviewing us, and again we apologize because ultimately you were left with a bad taste because everything was not done to perfection, which is something we always expect from our crew(s).
