Want to cancel service and can even do that because company cannot be contacted.

My alarm went off while I was home alone. The security company called and asked if I wanted the police and they asked me if I wanted to stay on the line till the police came. I stated no that the police department was close. The police never showed up because the company called the wrong police department. They did not make another attempt to call the correct police department and I called them back to ask why the police did not show up. They stated they did not have a correct department on file for my address. I then received a $35 bill from San Antonio police because the security company called them when they should have called my department. The police department stated that my alarm was not registered but it was in my own municipality. I have found that the company that installed my alarm system had left that company and hired their own people.  This could have been a very bad situation and I just want to warn others.
