Jose was great. He arrived to assess what was wrong with my a/c/heating unit within 24 hours. He was polite and explained what was wrong and why I needed a new one and reviewed several models with me and outlined their pros/cons. He gave me an estimated costs on several I was interested in. These costs were later was confirmed by telephone and email by his secretary and then I confirmed my selection. Within 3 days it was installed. On the day of installation he arrived on time, worked diligently, and completed the job that day. He then cleaned up the work space and left no evidence of being there other than a heating unit humming along perfectly. His price beat 3 others on the Angie's list. His name was given to me by a friend and I am so glad I used him because the others I had over gave me bids that were 3-5,000.00 more than his bid.

Central Comfort came highly recommend by our neighbor when we started experiencing AC issues. We had previously spoken with several other AC companies all who instantly told us we needed a new system. Jose from Central Comfort was the only one who actually fixed the problem and got us 9 more months out of 17 year old system. A few weeks ago we decided we were ready to replace the system and Central Comfort was the only company we called. Jose and Angie are personable, honest, dependable, detail-oriented, knowledgeable, hard-working and have excellent communion. We are very pleased with our new system. We can't thank Jose enough for all he has done for us!

I had difficulty finding someone that could install these Mitsubishi systems. Numerous service providers came out and gave extremely high quotes, citing that these systems are new and not much is known about them. Someone else told me that Jose by far and away the most reasonable and knowledgeable for the job. He is licensed to install these systems and I've recommended him to others for the same job. He also served as a consultant for the whole project and that was the original reason he came in. He was recommended to me as extremely trustworthy, knowledgeable, honest, and efficient. He was very accommodating - he even handled the rebates and warranties with Mitsubishi. I am going to work with him again on another project coming very soon.

A/C Unit was running but wasn't cooling. Central Comfort was excellent, they came out to the house immediately; inspected the entire unit, pointed out potential problems and ways to prevent them while prolonging the life of my A/C unit. They checked all pressures, and added about a pound of frion to my unit. In the end my service call was discounted and they didn't charge for the frion. Central Comfort is the only A/C business I will call. I've called Central Comfort many times, and they have even been willing to stop by after hours when my unit stopped working all together.

Dale showed up on the scheduled time, performed the preventative maintenance, checked the systems, and changed the attic filter. Very professional, he did not waste any time or skip over anything. Kept me informed about my system, and checked to make sure I was not having any problems or needed any additional information in regards to the thermostat controls.
