+ -1 moreCat was hands down, simply just amazing. We were not an easy set of people to help search for houses. I knew exactly what I was looking for, then it changed, then it changed a final time. Through the chaos, Cat was always supportive, never pushy or impatient throughout the process. She knew this was a big deal for us, as first time home buyers, we were so nervous and scared about making a mistake. She was great about calming fears and explaining things we didn't understand. We were able to find the perfect house in perfect timing. I would highly recommend her!
Description of Work: I am not sure what her percentage was on the sell of the house. And honestly, she deserved whatever it was!

+ -1 moreFrom the beginning Cat was amazing. She sat with us and went over our wants and needs for the perfect house. She was available to us 24/7. Anytime we had questions about anything she was always fast to answer us. She found us the perfect house with everything we wanted in less than a few weeks. The house was on the market for one day and we got it, in a multiply offer situation. We couldn't of been happier with her services and will definitely use her again and refer anyone we know that is looking for a pro realtor.
